Who We Are

Luru Culture is a Bengaluru-based streetwear brand operating the online store at luruculture.in. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use our website or place an order.

Information We Collect

• Account & Order Data: name, email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, and order history when you create an account or place an order.
• Payment Data: we do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Razorpay's privacy policy governs data shared with them at checkout.
• Usage Data: pages visited, device type, browser, and referral source — collected anonymously through our analytics provider to improve the site experience. While a page is open, it also sends our own server a random code (kept only for that browser tab) so we can count how many people are on the site right now. It isn't linked to you, your account or your IP address, and is deleted within an hour.
• Communications: any messages you send us via email or the contact form.

How We Use Your Data

• To process and fulfil your orders and handle returns
• To send order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery notifications
• To send marketing emails — only if you opted in at checkout or sign-up; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To improve our website and product range

Payment Security

Payments on Luru Culture are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Razorpay's secure servers using TLS encryption. Razorpay is certified PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest standard for payment data security.

Third Parties

We share the minimum data necessary with the following categories of third parties:

• Logistics partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees) — for order dispatch and delivery tracking
• Razorpay — for payment processing
• Email service provider — for transactional and marketing emails

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and cart state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting checkout.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@luruculture.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also delete your account directly from your account page.

Changes to This Policy
